Edward Carabali is an international specialist in Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) maintenance, hyperbaric welding, cutterhead repair, and critical underground infrastructure. Throughout his career, he has participated in major tunneling and metro projects across Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the United States, performing complex maintenance operations, hyperbaric interventions, structural welding, and cutterhead repairs that ensure the safe and continuous operation of TBMs.
